I was invited to a group interview after applying online. The interview just consisted of a few questions on yourself, getting to know things about you like hobbies, school etc. After getting the job we were invited to an orientation where they showed us around, signed us up and introduced us to how things work.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
