All interviews happened on the same day over the course of 4 hours rather than having multiple interviews over the course of a couple of weeks. Waiting for an offer took the longest time in the process.

Give us an example of one of your a failure as a CSM and how did you cope with it?
The interview consisted of three separate interviews with the team manager and two Customer Success Managers on the team. They were very easy to talk to and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Interview
Call with recruiter followed by a call with the hiring manager. After that round I met onsite with some people from the team, the hiring manager, and the head of the department. About a week later I met with the VP. The recruiter was great at keeping me in the loop on next steps. Everyone made me feel welcome and were very open and transparent about the great things and the challenges in the department.
