I applied online. I interviewed at Domo in Apr 2015
Interview
The entire process, from resume submission to receipt of the final offer letter, took a little over 2 months. The interview process started with a technical phone screen and then moved onto two rounds of onsite interviews. Each round of onsite interviews consisted of four technical interviews with one to three other engineers. Everyone brought their own unique personality and style to the interview, but they were all well-prepared and very accommodating.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions asked were relevant to the position being applied for and covered a fairly comprehensive range of topics. Technical questions drew on application and theory of fundamental algorithms and datastructures, distributed system design, testing, and scenario-based questions seen in the day-to-day work of the specific role being applied for. The coding medium alternated between the whiteboard and IDE depending on interviewer preference. The questions are all manageable as long as you know your basic algorithms and datastructures, can provide an accurate Big-O analysis of your code, understand the role you're applying for, and just don't panic. =)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Domo (Pune) in Apr 2024

Chatted with an HR person and recruiter, and then I got scheduled for a phone interview with a manager, but they never called. Waited, set up a new phone interview, and again they did not call. No heads up, no formal cancellation, and no way to contact the manager. It felt very unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Domo (American Fork, UT) in Apr 2016
Interview
Domo contacted me after a friend who works there referred me. I did a phone interview with one of the managers. The questions were mostly technical with a some focus on personality. I was then invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of three separate interviews with Principal devs and architects. After the onsite interview I was scheduled for another phone interview for someone who wasn't able to meet me at the onsite interview.
