The technical part was not hard, especially if you took time to prepare for the system design questions. It seemed I was expected to give a pretty comprehensive and correct answer right away, but not re-iterate on things. For instance I was corrected on a simple SQL query right after I finished writing it and at the same time walking the interviewer over it. These corrections were obvious to me, but I didn't even get to the final answer yet. So, maybe from the interviewer perspective I wasn't fast enough. As for the 2d part, it was a blast of questions with basically 5 mins per answer or so. I didn't really have a good understanding on what to expect and didn't prepare good answers, so it was hard to give concise but comprehensive replies.
