I applied through university career fair. At first, everything went smoothly. When I could not make it to their on-campus interview, the recruiter was very nice and accommodating. She sent me a coding challenge, which I did well on. A few days after submitting, she got back to me to schedule a second round phone interview. This is where things went badly. The interview was two hours long - 1 hour per interviewer. My first round went smoothly and although I didn't finish running the tests for the second question I was asked, the interviewer seemed content with what I had and knew where I was going. My second round was awful. Most of the time I felt like the interviewer didn't want to be there. He made no effort to engage with me as I talked through my thinking process and solved the question. At one point, when I asked a question about one of the tests provided, it seemed like up to that point he hadn't really been paying attention to what I had completed so far.
