      I had a great conversation with the recruiter and hiring manager. I was then scheduled a longer interview with recruiting leaders, including a presentation. The interviewers had a ready list of behavioral-based questions, which proved to be incredibly impersonal, and 4 out of the 5 left no time for me to ask my own questions. I left those interviews without an understanding of the things I would need to know in order to join the company. I assume some people join because of the name brand, but for me that doesn't matter. 1. I was asked to work on an active opening. If I am working on an active position during an interview, I am doing work for DoorDash for free. I would recommend they use a closed position for this exercise. 2. I was asked a number of follow up questions, which someone would not know if they didn't have access to expensive enterprise systems. An unemployed interviewee would not have access to this information. This creates an unfair advantage and thus is not an inclusive hiring practice. 3. When I didn't know the answer to the above information, the course of the interview drastically changed. The interviewers were clearly unengaged, and frankly, rude. Extremely poor candidate experience - teach your interviewers how to still be pleasant even when a candidate does not answer a question correctly. I didn't get the role, and received a personal message from the recruiter, who I did enjoy working with. But overall, if I were to have gotten an offer, I wouldn't have accepted it as I saw major red flags regarding the culture and environment.

      The interview process involves a working session and presentation covering requisition intake, strategy, mapping, etc. The candidate experience is HORRIBLE and involves more work than gratitude shown. I would not recommend this place to anyone

      The interview process was insulting. I had a phone interview with a CPA for a recruiting position. The women I interviewed with did not know how to explain the initiative they were hiring for. Two months have past since my interview and I still have not heard anything back.

      I had to complete a presentation and I interviewed 7 times which was very time consuming. They should definitely not require that many interviews for any role especially if you don't offer that person the role

      Behavior based questions, the questions were not hard but you definitely will need to have examples prepared because different interviewers many an you the same questions.
