Interview
No interview. Look over straightforward handbook, answer some straightforward questions, and submit. The test is extremely easy and you should hear back about your test results very soon. And as soon as you hear back you fill out some forms, submit them, wait to hear back and then you should be ready to work!
It was fairly easy interview. I do not fully remember but I think it was just a phone interview. I got hired easily. Then I had to wait maybe a day or two for them to respond if they hired me. It maybe different now though.

Interview
This job was extremely easy to get. Basically, I got put on a waitlist and then hired on. There may have been a mock call but nothing intense or hard. I've noticed that many employees lack proper English skills as well, so the job is very easy to get.
