Had a 30 minute recruiter call, followed by a case study in 48 hrs. I was passed onto the next round in less than a day. I ended up booking my final round interview for a few days later but the recruiter called me the night before to ask me to do it the next morning. Was told that they thought I was strong and wanted to expedite quickly. So I did my 3 final rounds 12 hours later and after I finished, ended up getting ghosted. All of this occurred on the same week - interviewers were great but bad impression from the recruiter.
