I remember it being so simple! Just had to apply and pass a background test I believe. Didn’t have to schedule a meeting or anything like that and could quickly start working

apply and drive and make sure you get the orders to the customer in a timely manner. The customers become angry if their food is late, The customer is promised free food so of course they are looking for a reason to complain many times. With this expectation I cover all basis and document and keep the app informed of what's going on as i am dashing along the way. I also keep the customer informed if there is a delay with their food being prepared.

Back in 2017, interviews were in person and were group interviews. It was basically just orientation so it was very easy. After that, we got our doordash merch and a delivery bag.
