Interviewers are all very nice. First an OA, then a 4-hour interview consisting of projects deep dive, system design, and sit-down coding. All the interviewers are supportive and very patient.
3 rounds: interactive coding, Leetcode coding, and engineering values.
The first two rounds are technical, 1 hour each, then a 30-minute break, and the 30-minute third round for behavioral questions

First round involves analyzing the causes behind long Dasher wait times and proposing data-driven solutions to reduce delays. Second round focuses on designing effective metrics to evaluate Dasher performance comprehensively.
