The recruiter first described the team organization and the role and then asked about my experience working with sales, how often I used SQL in my current role, and overall workflow. Overall pretty straightforward and standard phone screen.
Standard procedure as other tech roles. HR, Technical Case, Hiring Manager, and Panel. Super non- transparent. They have the rule of not able to provide any sort of feedback on your interview.
