DoorDash outsources the first round HR interview to candidates (asks that candidates respond with emailed answers to ~15 open-ended questions) followed by two-part technical interview (Project Deep Dive + Coding Challenge)
After completed the two-part technical interview, DoorDash completely ghosted me (might not have passed the Project portion, but had enough time in the Coding interview that the interviewer and I began to work together on a final, optimal solution after I had completed the problem sufficiently). Emailed twice to check-in with recruiters, but no reply. This was a theme throughout the interview process (after submitting the initial 15-question response, the recruiter responded to me ~2 weeks later).
