Very straightforward.
First interview with the HR. If you are interested in moving forward, they will give you a test to see what your work is going to be like. What I got was 3 sheets of Excel, just raw data of restaurant information.
You have to figure out what each sheet represents, and use it to answer the questions you were given; (e.g. Which location is having hard time onboarding, and why? How would you try to solve it) (This was probably the toughest part of the interview process, since it's such a big raw data, you have to really put your time on this to make it neat, and show how good you are with making an excel sheet.
Once you pass the test, you are going to go on an interview with the hiring manager who will be your boss. If that person likes you, you will most likely get the job. You will continue on with the loop interview with 3~4 more people, and they will ask you questions that most of the tech companies will ask; (e.g. Have you worked with tons of data, and how did you manage to use them to solve problems. etc)
