DoveLewis interview questions

Online job openings, week for phone interview/screening, another week for in-person at facility interview with three people (a bit odd and overwhelming), then working interview. Two HR personal and CSR/TA Manager present. Asked questions beyond traditional, they seemed to be looking for someone that would fit into their culture as much as being able to complete job tasks. Longer than expected, took about an hour and a half. The working interview wasn't shadowing, more the start of training, and lasted 3 hrs.

Great questions a little intimidating cause there was 3 people. They really did try to strive to hire people that would fit in with staff. The questions were organized and not all over the place. The questions were kind of intense and not the typical interview questions made you really think about your answers
