Interview
They did a new interview process that consisted of speed interviewing with five different HR colleagues, company information, and interactive scenarios. It was SO much better than standing in front of a panel and reciting the memorized answers. I dare say it was almost fun.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dow (Midland, MI) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process at Dow was like nothing I have ever experienced and I mean this is a very positive way. The interview was not a traditional interview. There were about 10 of us interviewing at one time. They split us up into two teams. Team A and Team B. Team A did speed interviewing, where you had 5 minutes to answer one question from 5 different interviewers. After all 5 rounds we were then placed in a conference room to learn all about Dow and what the company offers. The second half of the interviews we were assigned two scenarios where we reacted to everyday real life HR issues. The interviews was very fun.
