Pretty decent experience. I was asked questions about previous work experience, personality, and workplace preferences. I was also asked to role-play on how to combat different scenarios. The interview was taken in the salon.

Pretend I'm a customer and I'm angry about not being taken yet for my scheduled appointment that was an hour ago. How would you handle the situation?
The interview process was very relaxed. I was taken you some chairs in the back of the salon and we reviewed my resume and the interviewer asking some basic questions about my experience and interest in the field. I was then asked back for a follow up interview where I would shadow another bartender.
