Drybar Bartender/Receptionist interview questions

Online application, quick phone interview and then a face to face with manger. The manger then let me know on the spot that I got the job and asked me to come back on a different day to fill out paperwork

Before the interview, I was told to do some research on the website regarding cultures, values, etc. The manager first asked some basic HR questions first, and then she mentioned there would be a second portion to the interview. I am assuming it was sort of a personality and multitasking assessment since she had me go out onto the floor and pretend to start working. It was a quite afternoon, so I was mostly told to converse with customers, help the stylists, and getting drink orders. After what felt like she was watching for 15 minutes, she came back and told me that she would email me soon regarding whether or not I would get the position.
