My interview process consisted of two discussions about a month and a half after I had initially applied on both their website and on LinkedIn. For the first, I was interviewed by someone in HR who gave me a very comprehensive rundown about the company itself, his role in the interview process, benefits, a little info about the team I'd be working with in the position I was interviewing for, and base pay. He also answered my questions about the company, but I saved the more specific position and role-related questions for the interview with the supervisors, which happened just over a week after talking with the guy from HR. (Thanks for the very friendly conversation, Codi!) For my next discussion with the supervisors, they asked me about my work experience and skills in general and in relation to the position and the projects to be worked on, and I got to ask them about their backgrounds, the work itself, and about the team and geography of the work. The interview process honestly felt more like a friendly discussion and was very welcoming.
