They have a great interviewprocess, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I was tested on my knowledge of my particular area of expertise thoroughly. All in all a very fun process.

Two phone interviews with HR, then one with the team manager than another with a team member. Then they asked for a mini test project to confirm my technical skills. For a mid-level role the process was longer than expected and took over a month between all the calls and emails.
