I applied online, and I got a phone call and invitation for interview in person next day after I submitted my application. The interview was held in hotel lobby for the new store opening in CO. Despite interviewers job title and experience, I cannot say I was impressed with their professionalism. I had three men sitting across spitting out one after another question. No conversation flow. One of them said that their clients like to tell stories and asked me to tell them a story. Out of blue. Simply, conversation itself simply didn't make any sense. It was interesting to see that none of them has experience in searching internet for specific website. No offense, but having a trouble using internet in 2017 is unacceptable. By the end of conversation, I was asked to write down my SSN on piece of paper. Do people really share their SSN on a piece of paper in a lobby of hotel? I emailed thank you note, because that is the customer service that I am taking very much pride. They didn't respond to my job application, including automated email Thank you for your interest. Oh, btw, I will also stop shopping with them. They clearly don't respect my interest in the company enough to even decline my application in professional and polite manner.
