I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Binghamton, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
The process was simple. I first spoke with the manager to see if he needed any help. He did. He brought an application out, I promptly filled it, and was hired right then. We ironed out the details on orientation and training. He then added that I'd be added to the schedule right after training.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
