I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I went to the store, handed the manager my application and was asked when I could start working. It was very easy and the manager was a nice person. The interview was very informal and took less than 10 minutes.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
