I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Easthampton, MA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Very brief interview containing basic assessments of personality and relevant past work experience. There were little to no technical questions, and focused largely on your customer service, teamwork, and leadership skills. Prepare to be asked questions about your strengths and weaknesses.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
