I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Jul 2013
Interview
Manager is the one, who takes the interview. The key to crack the interview is to speak English as much as possible and to correct managers English since he doesn't speaks English properly. Also tell him that you have knowledge of the Dunkin Donuts and working at the fast food rest. and next thing you will be hires. Also tell him that you want to work for long time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None, Interview is a joke if you have worked at Dunkin Donuts before.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
