I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Dunnellon, FL) in Mar 2011
Interview
I put my application in and the next day was called in for an interview. I was only required to have one interview, and connected well with the manager. A few hours after it ended I was called and offered the job. The very next day I was in for orientation. I was very pleased with the quickness and am disappointed other companies don't work like this one.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (East Rochester, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
I met the manager and after serving me a coffee drink, we began with some small talk about his and my family. Then he was all business and started to ask some basic questions about my skills, strengths and weaknesses. This took all of ten minutes and after thanking him for his time, we shook hands and I left.
Reviewed application and Resume (that I brought with me) if I had experience with cash handling, food prep, and customer service. Usually can interview on the spot if they are in need of employees. Very fair and give many people the chance to train to see if they can make a good fit. I was interviewed on the spot because I went in at 2 pm and the Manager was not busy. Make sure to speak to manager face to face and dress nicely (NO JEANS).
