I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Jul 2013
Interview
Easy. Basic background questions. Few easy questions about past customer service experience. If you don't have any prior experience you'll get asked about your schedule. Overall pretty easy interview. If you don't get the job or nail the interview something is wrong with you

Question 1
Tell me a time you went above and beyond for a customer
the interview mostly was focused on customer service background and scheduling. It helps to have a flexible schedule and have prior experience in the food service industry as there are skills and examples from previous roles that apply
Good! It wasn’t hard. Relatively easy and it seems like it’ll be an easy job. Pay will probably suck but it’s something. Will be repetitive and stressful but good for high school or college
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Puente Alto, Santiago Metropolitan Region) in Dec 2021
