I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Beverly, MA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Met with HR leader at the main Dunkin Donuts. It was a one-on-one sit-down interview that lasted for about 15 minutes. We went through my resume and asked me to give examples of how I have used or honed my skills. She gave me different situations that a crew-member may encounter while working at Dunkin Donuts and asked how I would handle them. Quite laid-back.

Question 1
How well do you handle fast-paced, high-intensity environments? Example?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
