I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Glendale, AZ) in Jan 2021
Interview
They basically want to know if you’re willing to work in a fast paced environment, handle cash. Things like that. It’s not very complicated. It can be stressful. If you can do that, I’m sure you’ll get hired.
Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
