I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Salisbury, MD) in May 2020
Interview
Meet and greet with district and general manager with general questions about the job. Also gave scenarios and asked my reactions. Pretty conversational. Seems like they want to make sure your personality fit.

Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
