I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Seminole, FL) in Apr 2012
Interview
Answered a couple questions like when can you start and what hours can you work (they were switching owners that day) asked me if I had the correct uniform, then gave me the apron and signature visor, started my first day the very next day.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
