Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
Very very easy, simple and straight forward, manager asked me how able I was in certain situations along with how good am I under stress. Was my first ever job and they really did not care for any sort of experience.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
