Because I was already known to Chels Chae (CEO), the interview was more informal than traditional interview. I was a known quantity. I was being interviewed to write an Army regulation on Foreign Humanitarian Assistance or FHA.

Chels knew that I knew the subject matter (FHA), but asked if I had experience writing an actual Army Regulation.
