Interview
The process leading up to the interview took awhile, there was an intense background check, had to provide 10 years of taxes and work history, but received an offer quickly after the official interview.

Question 1
How did you do in school? There will be months of courses and exams for licensing, do you think you can handle that? How are you at taking exams?
Initially reached via email to schedule time for zoom interview. Interviewed with 2 managers at same time for about an hour. The asked general “what would you do” & “describe a time where you went above and beyond” type questions. Overall easy interview, makes you feel comfortable likes it’s a general conversation. By the time you’re into the interview you forget you’re interviewing. Very smooth.

Are you a follow the rules type of person at work or do you like to improvise? (Behavioral line of questioning)
1 phone screening/call and 1 interview with 2 managers. The length of the whole interview was 1.5 hours over zoom. Heard back in about a day or two. Overall easy and good experience

Very heavy on STAR questions with very few technical except for basic financial concepts like, what is a bond/stock/call etc.
They even asked me if they came into my flower shop how would I upsell them??
