The first step after the initial application is the phone screen from a Human Resource rep, three individual in-person interviews, and two online tests. All the interviewers were very nice.

Online interview with three employees of varying seniorities. Each interview was 30 minutes. Asked questions about my education, passions, and previous experience. Standard interview and received rejected 6 weeks later with no explanation

Interview via Zoom with 3 employees in the ALR account management department. Each person interviewed me for 30 minutes. Questions were both general ice breaker and situational questions. One interviewer was upper management and the other interviewers were account managers
You take an aptitude and behavioral exam …Then It was one initial call , 2hour call with leadership team, and a final writing assignment. It was great the team was very hands on
