CCAT Test, Phone Interview, Three Zoom Interviews, and another proctored CCAT.
The phone interview was relatively easy and straightforward. Simple questions based on resume. Zoom interviews were the same. Very basic client/customer service related questions with three different people. Had to do a proctored CCAT exam with someone who seemed like she'd rather be anywhere doing anything else. Definitely did not give a very welcoming impression. Seems that they have a very specific idea of who they want and no matter how great your qualifications match and how great your interview skills are, if you don't "fit" that ideal, you will not be hired. I've heard that there is a high turnover here and I can see why. They are also not good with follow through. Was told that I would hear back within a week about a decision and it took more than three weeks. Sent a standard rejection email randomly on a Saturday afternoon, a full week after I tried to follow up with the recruiter. Would never apply here again after seeing how they operate.
