Extremely long process with very poor communication. Had to take an assessment not once, but twice, with the 2nd time being proctored to make sure I didnt cheat. I did not get to see the results of either assessment. After the assessments and screenings, They did 3 back to back interviews over zoom. At this point, I had invested about 8 hours into this process. I then heard nothing for 6 weeks. Finally, I got an auto rejection notice that offered absolutely no insight into their decision. The last interview were a handful of extremely cryptic questions meant to view my thought process on problem solving. Felt very biased, as there was no "right" answer, but obviously there was a right answer.

Question 1
How many diapers get used per year in the united states.
Received email to move forward and take a cognitive test. Took the test, thought I did not bad (you know if you do poorly or not), and then never received any feedback. Completely silent, not even a thank you for taking the time to test.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EAB in Jun 2023
Interview
did phone screenings for multiple positions and had panels. Took far too long to hear back after interviews with one having a phone screening in May and rejection after a panel in July. For the amount of time candidates spend interviewing (cognitive assessment, screening, multiple interviews, and simulations) they could definitely do a better job of keeping candidates informed. Recruiters are unresponsive to emails after interviews as well which adds insult to injury.
