Asked general questions about experience and work history. Asked to me to explain how I would handle certain day-to-day situation. Very much focused on communication skills and problem solving skills. How well you will work with the team is also important.
There are a couple round of interviews with the first being HR phone screening, following the online assessment, two case interviews and lastly interview with the manager. The overall process was straight forward.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EAB (Washington, DC)
Interview
Phone call with HR, Travel to DC office, interview with 3 people in person. They do NOT pay for your travel to DC or your hotel in DC. Overall, they don't give you a lot of information and it seemed very scripted.
