EAB Research Assistant interview questions

Had to take a CAT test to prove skills. First interview was over phone, lasted only 30 minutes. Second interview was about 4 hrs and had 4 different sections. Slightly difficult, but manageable.

A few weeks after applying, I was reached out to about completing an odd LSAT-type cognitive test and a personality test. I got almost all the question right on the cognitive test and I believed my answers on the personality test to be authentic yet positively reflective, so I thought I would at least get an email response. I followed up a week or so later, but I still never heard anything from anyone at EAB. It is kind of ridiculous to make an interviewee take an extremely stupid cognitive test without ever speaking to them and never follow up after.
