Submitted Resume. Received call about a week later for an interview. Sat down with one of the project managers asked we went over the job requirements. Offered the job on the spot and was an overall casual work interview (no need to go full on suit and tie here).
Straightforward, and simple. Typical work experience, education, and personality style discussions. The entire experience was informal, and conversational. Very professional and calm atmosphere. I heard back next day with an offer.

Interview
It was an easy process, nothing fancy. Higher position people were supposed to come and join the interview, but it was a one-to-one person interview. Interview process was not bad at all, questions were straightforward!

I reached the ECS office and waited for a couple of minutes. After that, I was interviewed by a Field Manager. To be honest, I was asked simple and easy questions.
Overall, the interview process was really smooth!
