      Field Tech Interview

      Aug 3, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ECS Limited

      Interview

There were 2 interviews, the first one was a phone interview. The field manager called me, he is a really nice guy, I could tell. He explained to me about the job description and the salary, and whether or not I am interested. Then we scheduled for another interview on site 3 days after. The interview was straight forward, just asking about my background and whether or not i feel like i can do the job. I signed a contract on the same day and do a drug test. It was straight forward because I think it's an entry level position.

      Anonymous employee
      Frederick, MD
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ECS Limited (Frederick, MD) in May 2013

      Interview

Very relaxed. The only thing that would disqualify you is if you tested positive for drugs. There is a fast learning curve and applicants are expected to keep up. You must be able to write a report on daily activities. People with a college education will excel here.
