done phone interview then scheduled for a interview with the manager. after phone screening , HR would send you a document to fill in and either scan or fax to them. it takes a while for them to reply the email, and the document was essentially rewrite your resume with addition to adding 3 personnel/work/academic references. HR was hesitated to arrange me an interview when I said I won't be available for another month or so, and she finally arranged an interview once I said I may start working earlier....
manager was very easy going, there was nothing unexpected during the interview.
