The interview was very straight forward. I was grilled but there were no questions that didnt make sense being part of the interview. The recruiter called me the next morning and told me the offer. It was a very painless process.

Initial interview: Phone interview. Throughout my interview, the recruiter was running errands and caring for her child. (I hear a baby screaming in the background). It appears that I was not given an opportunity because the recruiter was not focused on the topic. She just informed me she'll email me once she gets home. I never heard back from her.
