I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EOS IT Solutions (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter via Linkedin. Overall everyone was very friendly and approachable until they completely ghosted me. I had 4 interviews and a phycological test so it was a lenghty process and met a lot of people. The recruiter would call me after each interview and kept very engaged with me towards the process but there were some red flags: I was told the very same day of one of the interviews to go onsite instead of having it virtually and I did. I was told to meet at a pub and 'someone will bring me to the office' what was way too weird, unprofessional and creepy. There is no clarity or transparency on the process: they support a 'big tech company', they are not working for the CIA! One of the interviewers did not even bother joining the call and we had to reschedule without a notice. After so much flexibility and preparation from my side, they went radio silence. I emailed the recruiter and ignored me....so much disrespect for the candidates. I would avoid working for them.

Interview
I only had a short screening call with a recruiter. He then sent me a personality quiz. I was then supposed to have another video interview. He then called to tell me the position was filled, he was nice but it didn’t go anywhere.
