It was fairly straightforward. General interview which involved a walkthrough of my CV, followed by a more detailed technical interview. All interviews were handled in a professional manner and it left me with overall with a positive impression of the company. I accepted their offer partially based on the impression they gave in the interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Bengaluru) in May 2026
Interview
Very pathetic. Initially they scheduled interview and no one joined. When I called hr, she said panel is not available. Its minimum to update the candidate.
Next they scheduled after a week, even that the interviewer is half knowledge and asking basic questions like a 2 to 3 years for a solution Architect role. I was literally pissed off. Its completely time waste.
They just waste the time..
The solution architect interview is about solution design and system design. It's architect khata pattern. Given a complex business use case candidate is expected to design an architecture with standard best practices
I applied online. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Pune) in Jan 2026
Interview
Very well designed, very specific to the job role. Panelists are very knowledgeable. Time bounded. They give you enough information on your queries which are very much relevant to that process.
