Easy, they want to get to know who you are and get a feel for your personality. The company sells people and they look for individuals who will do well in the client space and with the rest of the team.

Definitely a good experience. Interviewed by a great manager that later left. After that I followed. Later on a coworker, promoted to Recruiting, will let me know what were questions asked, really simple. Is all about who you know now and the color of your skin.
