Interview
I applied online and submitted my application on Dec. 5, 2024. I called the 800 number because I had not heard anything back one week later. I completed a phone interview with the hiring coordinator in the area I am relocating to. HR paperwork was sent immediately and did not have to complete online training due to my work experience. I shared with hiring coordinator that I was interested in long-term sub jobs.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ESS (Butler, PA)
Interview
The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Interview
Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
