ESS interview questions

Genuinely the most pathetic interview experience I have ever had. Natalie showed zero interest in me as a candidate, what I could offer or me as an individual. She asked me to bring my resume but didn't even glance at it let alone ask me any relevant questions. I had to volunteer information about how I could add to the team or provide relevant experience. She couldn't maintain eye contact ever and kept checking her watch. Told me candidly that this role was important to fill because it would help her in her personal career advancement goals. When I asked her (I asked more questions than she did) what the biggest issue the company was facing she said "employee retention", well if this interview is anything to go by then I am not remotely surprised because she could not have made it more clear that she didn't have the time or motivation to be in that interview. Didn't even have the courtesy to walk me out. If you weren't interested in meeting with me, don't ask me to come interview or at least cancel it. Sincerely the biggest waste of time in terms of interviews I have ever experienced.
