ESS interview questions

First email, then phone call to set up interview. Met with district head that was hiring through Mission One. It was very informal and I was hired on the spot. She said it was mostly a formality.

It was effectively run with group collaboration on education issues for those who had their teachers license. Having entirely licensed teachers in my group and not regular substitutes made it a lot easier. We skipped several parts for the regular substitutes because of that.
