Interview
Everyone there is extremely friendly, and you can get a sense for the work culture as a result. The final interview is one of those where you meet a bunch of people on the team and they all individually ask questions.

Phone screen with HR. Then, virtual interview with team leader followed by case study assignment. The assignment involved drafting a strategy document outlining an approach to generating demand in the crypto space.
