I started the interview process with HR in September. During that time, I completed an initial writing assessment and had two interviews with managers between. After that, silence. I followed up with HR, and about a month and a half later, they requested a second writing assessment. Following this, I had a final meeting with HR. However, I never received any further communication. I am unsure why a second writing assessment was required after a gap of two months.
